Ontario Society for Health and Fitness is pleased to be hosting its 9th Annual Conference on Friday, November 4 at Le Parc Banquet Centre, centrally located just north of the Toronto core.  Coming in from out of town?  The opening keynote is set to begin at 10:00am.  Ready for an earlier start? Join us for morning refreshments, networking and pre-conference yoga.

OSHF's 2016 event is a valuable opportunity to expand your physical activity knowledge in areas related to both health and performance.  A range of timely topics will be covered, including exercise prescription for chronic disease, ageing, nutrition and the promotion of healthy behaviours.  Optional practical sessions offer hands-on experience and a chance for delegates to keep active throughout the day.
