FALL 2010 PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SESSION 

Including Optional CSEP CPT Recertification Workshop

The OSHF is pleased to announce a special professional development workshop in downtown Ottawa, on Saturday October 9.

The session will consist of a hands-on, practical workshop focusing on core strengthening and stability. The workshop will be hosted by Roman Jahoda, an experienced physiotherapist and creator of the Complex Core training concept.  For more information on Complex Core click here.

For CSEP CPTs who are required to recertify for the 2010-11 fiscal year, an optional recertification workshop will be hosted in tandem with the Complex Core training. Click here for details on CSEP CPT recertification requirements.

CSEP CEPs will receive 10 Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for attending. For more information on PDC requirements, click here.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable fitness knowledge, improve your professional practice, and network with fellow CSEP members.  All participants will receive a Certificate of Completion to add to their CSEP portfolio.
